Terms and Conditions of Booking

PLEASE READ

Guests agree to abide by the Body Corporate and House rules Foul language will not be tolerated at any time.

It is an offence to leave without paying your account in full. Telephone accounts, any breakages or damages must be paid for upon check out.

Extra guest charges $25.00 per person per night. Non disclosure of any extra guests staying will incur an additional charge of $25.00 per night of your entire stay

All rubbish must be removed from your apartment and placed in bins provided near the entry to the basement car park.

The apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy condition; if not, a minimum extra cleaning fee $45.00 will be charged against your credit card.

You agree to your credit card number and signature being held on file and a $300.00 pending authorisation as security. If no credit card is available, a $400.00 bond is required and may be held up to 48 hrs. after departure and will be forwarded to the supplied mailing address by the Trust Account Cheque. You agree to allow Santa Fe Holiday Apartments, to charge your credit card or deduct from your bond, the cost of extra cleaning and breakages and/or damages caused during your stay

Management and or their respective representatives, reserve the right to enter your apartment for servicing, maintenance repairs and inspections.

You will be provided with 2 security keys, should they be lost a replacement fee of $160.00 will apply.

NO SMOKING IN APARTMENTS

If smoking has occurred in apartment a cleaning fee of $350.00 will apply. Smoking on balconies with sliding glass doors open will be considered as smoking inside and a cleaning fee will apply

School Groups Require 2 valid credit cards, letter from school committee or principle that they will be responsible for any damage or replacement cost, loss of rental at the door rate of $270,00 per day.

Supporter Groups Require 2 valid credit cards per apartment and 2 signatures on the apartment registration form

As these apartments are all individually owned by other Mum and Dad families, they ask that when breakages and damages are caused to their property, that those responsible, incur the cost so that the next incoming guests may enjoy the full use of the apartment and it’s facilities
